The darkness is rising
The fog rolls in
The lighthouse reveals
Those washed in sin

Their black flag
A warning of death
The scourge of the seas
Disease on their breath

Enormous in numbers
Swarming like rats
Tearing the country asunder
They make their attack

Looting storehouses
And chopping down men
The hunger
The bloodlust
It begins

A human plague
That cannot be stopped
Those that have tried
They dropped
Like flies

They take only
What they desire
The rest is discarded 
And consumed by fire

Where once stood a hearty land
Now lies complete desolation
Death, destruction wielded by their hands
Total devastation

A cautionary tale to thee

So i'm pretty bad when it comes to impulse buying and after seeing Floater again I got it in my head that I would like to play bass. I feel like I should be able to play an instrument, even though technically my voice is an instrument, I need that tactile feeling. I attempted to learn guitar in the past, which wasn't very successful but I feel that the simplicity of the bass will make it an easier instrument to learn.  I also plan on bugging my friend Seth to help me with the bass as well.
